Authenticated users – dealership staff, OEM personnel, and other authorized users who log in to the Relayer platform; and Unauthenticated visitors – anyone who browses our website without creating an account.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information when you use the Services:

• Account & Business Information – details you provide when creating an account or configuring the Platform.

• Customer Data – data processed through the Platform on behalf of clients.

• Usage Data – information related to your use of the Services.

• Technical Data – device, browser, and network information collected automatically.

• Communication Preferences – your opt-in and opt-out records.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, improve, and secure the Services; communicate with you; comply with applicable laws; and, where permitted, send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We do not train public or third-party models on Customer Data without explicit written permission.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect functionality.

We may disclose information to: clients whose data we process; service providers operating under our instructions; third-party systems clients explicitly connect to Relayer; professional advisers bound by confidentiality; as required by law; in connection with corporate transactions; and in aggregated or de-identified form.

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations. Customer Data retention and deletion terms are governed by each client's agreement with Relayer. We honor verified deletion requests within approximately 30 days, unless retention is required by law or agreement.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Update or delete account data by contacting privacy@userelayer.com.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any message.

• Request deletion of Customer Data by emailing privacy@userelayer.com.

• Dealership & OEM customers – if you are a customer of an organization that uses Relayer, please direct privacy requests to that organization first.

• California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including access, deletion, and non-discrimination. Contact privacy@userelayer.com to exercise these rights.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Report suspected compromises to privacy@userelayer.com.

8. International Users

The Services are U.S.-based. If you access them from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date and may be communicated to active account holders. Continued use signifies acceptance.
